  4.   The number of bombings operations allowed per day can now be configured
  5.   to fit your league's desire.  Originally, it was infinite, but often
  6.   literally hundreds of bombing operations are sent and I thought I should
  7.   offer some type of control for this.  We recommend a setting around
  8.   5 or 10 ops a day.
